Here is an exercise, meant to serve as an affirmation of the moral and spiritual foundation I believe undergirds your life of public service. Please sit down with your family and watch - again? - the movie Frozen 2. Then confirm that every day you will seek to do “the next right thing” as husband, father, grandfather, and as President of the United States.

If, in the course of the next three years, the American people decide you should serve another four, you will know they are re-electing you for good reasons.

However, if they don’t, you will know, before your family and before God, that you tried consistently to do what was right. You will know that you walked daily the prayer to be an instrument of God’s peace.
